High Fen Wildland Rewilding Tour

High Fen is a fascinating peatland restoration project in the Fens, where our plans to rewet the landscape and increase biodiversity are well underway. In this 2.5 hour tour of the wildland, you’ll gain an insight into our long term vision for Nature and the steps needed to achieve that vision. You’ll learn about the extensive scientific research and engineering required to stop our ‘leaky bathtub’. Together with your guide you’ll also explore the landscape and discover some of the natural treasures that are already beginning to appear.  

Please note: Our tours cover approximately 2-3 miles of wildland. You'll need a reasonable level of fitness and be able to cope with uneven ground. Walking boots are recommended. On wet days, wellies are a necessity.
