Over three beautiful days in the countryside surroundings of The Tree Relaxation Retreat, we will gather in the Chapel & kitchen to cook, learn, create and share together through plant-based food, mindful practices and nourishing conversations.
Whether you are already plant-based, simply curious about healthier cooking, or wanting to deepen your relationship with food and wellbeing, this retreat has been created to feel supportive, grounding and inspiring.

DAY ONE
Energy, Foundations & Creative Expression
We arrive straight into the heart of the kitchen.
No pressure. No performance.
Just creativity, curiosity and connection.
Together we begin exploring the foundations of plant-based nourishment and how food can support energy, digestion, clarity and overall wellbeing.

During the juicing masterclass we will explore the power of fresh juices and functional nourishment, learning:
• How to create cold-pressed juices
• The benefits of different fruits & vegetables
• How juices can support energy and digestion
• How to naturally combine ingredients
Fresh juices and seasonal snacks will be served throughout the session.
Our raw dessert workshop will guide you through creating beautiful plant-based sweet treats using simple, accessible ingredients that support energy and wellbeing.
Our Market Garden salad challenge will have you tapping into the type of food you want to create, our creations will be included in our shared evening meal, relaxed conversation and time to unwind beneath the trees
DAY TWO
Gut Health, Intuition & Deeper Nourishment
Each morning begins with grounding yoga and meditation designed to reconnect you with the body before stepping back into the kitchen.

Our brunch workshop is all about learning to trust yourself in the kitchen rather than following rigid rules.
You will work with seasonal ingredients to create dishes that genuinely nourish you while building confidence and creativity around food preparation.
During our fermentation & gut health workshop we’ll explore the powerful connection between gut health, digestion, mood and overall wellbeing.
You’ll learn:

About The Venue
Nestled amongst the rolling hills of rural Yorkshire, The Tree Relaxation Retreat provides the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and immerse yourself in a few days of nourishing food and gentle living.
The retreat house has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, offering a mix of shared rooms with en-suite facilities and rooms where the bathroom is conveniently located just across the hallway. For those who prefer a little more privacy, single occupancy rooms are available for a supplementary fee, subject to availability.
When you're not in the kitchen, you'll have plenty of opportunities to unwind and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Step straight from the house onto beautiful countryside walks, relax in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Yorkshire hills, experience the invigorating cold plunge pools, or warm yourself in the sauna.
Whether you choose to curl up with a book in one of the many cosy spaces, watch the changing skies from the terrace, or simply sit quietly with a cup of tea and take in the views, The Tree offers the perfect balance of learning, nourishment and restoration.
