Women’s Circle of Deep Rest and Renewal
Friday 9 January 2026, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Naturally Mindful Wellbeing Studio, Winscombe, North Somerset (full address provided in confirmation email)
January carries a gentle invitation, a slow exhale after the rush of the festive season. This circle is a place to honour that softness. A place to rest your bones, settle your nervous system, and begin the year in a way that feels kind and spacious.
This is a circle for women who crave quiet connection, inner steadiness, and a soft landing after months of busyness. No pressure, no performance, no expectations. Only warmth, presence, and grounding.
You will be guided through a nurturing evening that may include:
- A peaceful opening meditation to help you arrive
- Reflection prompts that bring you back to your centre
- Gentle conversation that honours your lived experience
- A creative ritual that supports deep rest
- Time for journaling, stillness, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom
Everything is an invitation. Nothing is forced. You choose what feels right for your body and your heart.
Who this circle is for:
Women who feel tired, stretched thin, or disconnected. Women who want a space where they can breathe. Women who are done with quick fixes and want something steadier, slower, more real. If you long for warmth, belonging, and gentle renewal, you are welcome here.
What to bring:
A journal, a pen, and anything that helps you feel cosy or grounded (a blanket, warm socks, cushions etc). Hot Chocolate will be provided.
Your host:
Kim, a mindful space holder, wellbeing guide, and nature based practitioner. Kim has been facilitating her circles for 18 months, offering support, connection, and a grounded return to self.
Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, softer, and a little more yourself.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
Booking is essential.
About Women's Circles:
Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond.
