Women’s Circle for Imbolc: Quiet Beginnings and Inner Stirring
Sunday 1 February 2026, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Naturally Mindful Wellbeing Studio, Winscombe, North Somerset - Full details will be sent in your confirmation email.
Imbolc is the midway point between winter and spring, a gentle turning toward the light. Beneath the surface, life is beginning its slow, quiet return. This circle is a space to honour that inner stirring, the small sparks of desire, inspiration, and new possibility that are starting to wake in you too.
This is a morning of soft reflection, gentle awakening, and nourishing connection. A place to sit with other women and feel into what your inner seasons are quietly whispering.
Together we will explore:
• A grounding arrival meditation to help you land
• A seasonal reflection on Imbolc and the energy of beginnings
• Sharing time that honours your truth, your pace, and your lived experience
• A creative ritual that invites you to listen for what wants to grow
• Journaling prompts to help you connect with your inner spark
Everything is an invitation. You can move slowly, quietly, and in a way that feels right for your body and your heart.
Who this circle is for:
Women who feel the faint pull of new energy after a long winter. Women who crave gentleness rather than pressure. Women who want to reconnect with their intuition and honour the earliest signs of their own becoming. If you are tired of force, and ready to trust your natural rhythm, you will feel at home here.
What to bring:
A journal, a pen, and anything that helps you feel held or cosy. Hot Chocolate will be provided.
Your host:
Kim, a mindful space holder, wellbeing guide, and nature based practitioner. Kim has been facilitating her circles for 18 months, offering support, connection, and a grounded return to self.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, brighter, and gently connected to your next step.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
Booking is essential.
About Women's Circles:
Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond.
