Midsummer Glow, standing fully in your light

Sunday 21 June 2026
Private wellbeing studio in Winscombe - address provided on booking

Litha is the height of the sun, the bright peak of the year. This circle celebrates radiance, confidence, and that deep inner warmth that grows when you feel connected to your truth.

This is a space to honour your own light, without pressure or performance. A space to explore what it feels like to take up room in a way that feels grounded and real.

Together, we will:

• Begin with steadying practices to connect you to the body
• Explore the theme of radiance through guided meditation
• Use gentle creative prompts to notice the parts of you ready to shine
• Share in a circle of women who value presence, courage, and authenticity
• Close with a grounding practice to help your light feel rooted, not rushed

Who this circle is for:
Women who feel the faint pull of new energy after a long winter. Women who crave gentleness rather than pressure. Women who want to reconnect with their intuition and honour the earliest signs of their own becoming. If you are tired of force, and ready to trust your natural rhythm, you will feel at home here.

What to bring:
A journal, a pen, and anything that helps you feel held or cosy. Hot Chocolate will be provided.

Your host:
Kim, a mindful space holder, wellbeing guide, and nature based practitioner. Kim has been facilitating her circles for 18 months, offering support, connection, and a grounded return to self.

Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, brighter, and gently connected to your next step.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
Booking is essential.

Places are limited to keep the group small and safe.

About Women's Circles:
Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond.

Important Note on Emotional Safety

Please be aware that these Women’s Circles are tender, reflective, and non-therapeutic spaces. During meditations, writing exercises, or sharing, it’s possible that past emotions, memories, or trauma may arise. While the circle is held with care and compassion, this is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health support.

By choosing to attend, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You understand and accept the possibility of emotional release or difficult feelings.

  • You agree to take care of your own boundaries, and to step back or pause at any time if emotions feel overwhelming.

  • You acknowledge that the facilitator is not a licensed mental health professional and that referrals for further support may be offered if needed.

If you have significant trauma history, are currently experiencing emotional distress, or are under the care of a mental health professional, I encourage you to reach out and discuss your suitability before attending.

Thank you for your courage in showing up. Your emotional safety and well-being matter deeply.
