Ripening - knowing your own worth

Wednesday 8th July 2026

Private wellbeing studio in Winscombe — address provided on booking

July is the fullest, richest point of the year. The fruit is heavy on the branches. The light is long and generous. Everything that was planted in spring has been quietly growing, and now it is beginning to show.

And yet — how often do we apply that same understanding to ourselves?

We are quick to see the growth in others. To recognise their value, celebrate their qualities, affirm their worth. But when it comes to our own — we hesitate. We qualify. We wait for someone else to confirm what we are not quite willing to claim for ourselves.

This circle is a gentle, honest invitation to explore that. To sit with the question of worth — not in an abstract way, but in a real and personal one. What do you actually value? How do you value yourself? And in what ways have you been allowing others to set the price of who you are?

This is not about building an inflated sense of self. It is about arriving at something truer — a quiet, grounded knowing of your own worth that does not depend on validation, achievement, or anyone else's approval.

Like fruit ripening slowly in summer warmth, this knowing cannot be forced. But it can be tended. And this evening is a space to do exactly that.

In this circle, we will:

  • Settle into the body and arrive into the fullness of the season
  • Explore the theme of value and self worth through meditation
  • Work with a creative ritual to name and reclaim what we truly value in ourselves
  • Reflect on how we allow — or do not allow — others to value us
  • Connect with women who understand the quiet work of knowing your own worth

Who this circle is for:

Women who have spent years measuring their worth by what they produce, provide, or perform. Women who find it easier to celebrate others than to receive celebration themselves. Women who are beginning to sense that their value runs deeper than their usefulness — and who want to explore what that actually means.

If you have ever felt that you are somehow not quite enough — or conversely, too much — this circle is for you.

What to bring:

A journal, a pen, and anything that helps you feel held or cosy. Hot chocolate will be provided.

Your host:

Kim, a mindful space holder, wellbeing guide, and nature based practitioner. Kim has been facilitating her circles for over two years, offering support, connection, and a grounded return to self.

You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate. Booking is essential.

About Women's Circles:

Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond.

Important Note on Emotional Safety

Please be aware that these Women's Circles are tender, reflective, and non-therapeutic spaces. During meditations, writing exercises, or sharing, it's possible that past emotions, memories, or trauma may arise. While the circle is held with care and compassion, this is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health support.

By choosing to attend, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.
  • You understand and accept the possibility of emotional release or difficult feelings.
  • You agree to take care of your own boundaries, and to step back or pause at any time if emotions feel overwhelming.
  • You acknowledge that the facilitator is not a licensed mental health professional and that referrals for further support may be offered if needed.

If you have significant trauma history, are currently experiencing emotional distress, or are under the care of a mental health professional, I encourage you to reach out and discuss your suitability before attending.

Thank you for your courage in showing up. Your emotional safety and well-being matter deeply.
