Lammas: First Harvest — your relationship with abundance

Friday 31st July 2026

Private wellbeing studio in Winscombe — address provided on booking

Lammas marks the first harvest of the year. The fields are being cut. The grain is being gathered. The earth, which has been quietly giving all summer long, is beginning to offer up what it has grown.

It is a festival of abundance. Of receiving what the season has produced. Of recognising that effort, tended with care over time, eventually yields something real.

And yet, for many of us, receiving is the hardest part.

We are comfortable with the giving. With the tending, the labouring, the pouring out. But when it comes to receiving, whether that is money, recognition, rest, or simply what we are owed — something in us hesitates. Deflects. Diminishes. Decides we haven't quite earned it yet.

This circle is an invitation to look honestly at our relationship with abundance in all its forms, and in particular, our relationship with money. Not from a place of shame or judgment, but with the same curiosity and gentleness we bring to every circle.

Money is rarely just money. It carries the weight of what we were taught about our worth, our safety, and what we deserve. It holds our fears about scarcity, our complicated feelings about wealth, and our deepest beliefs about whether we are allowed to receive as well as give.

At this first harvest, we ask...what have you grown this year? What have you earned? And are you allowing yourself to receive it?

In this circle, we will:

  • Ground into the body and honour the season of first harvest
  • Explore our relationship with abundance and receiving through meditation
  • Work with a creative ritual to uncover and gently examine our beliefs around money and worth
  • Reflect on what we have grown, earned, and are ready to finally claim
  • Connect with women who are ready to have an honest, non-judgemental conversation about all of this

Who this circle is for:

Women who work hard but struggle to charge what they are worth. Women who give freely but find receiving uncomfortable. Women who sense that their relationship with money is tangled up with something deeper — self worth, safety, or what they were taught about women and wealth.

Women who are ready to begin a more honest, more compassionate conversation with themselves about abundance — and what they are truly allowing themselves to have.

This is not a financial planning session. It is a space to explore the emotional and energetic landscape of our relationship with money, with tenderness and without judgment.

What to bring:

A journal, a pen, and anything that helps you feel held or cosy. Hot chocolate will be provided.

Your host:

Kim, a mindful space holder, wellbeing guide, and nature based practitioner. Kim has been facilitating her circles for over two years, offering support, connection, and a grounded return to self.

You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate. Booking is essential.

About Women's Circles:

Women's circles are sacred spaces that bring together women of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering connection, support, and empowerment. Rooted in ancient traditions and embraced by modern communities, these circles provide a nurturing environment for women to share, reflect, and grow. Guided by principles of trust, compassion, and non-judgment, women's circles offer a sanctuary where participants can explore their authentic selves, celebrate their strengths, and navigate life's challenges collectively. Through shared wisdom, ritual, and communal energy, women's circles become transformative gatherings, cultivating a sense of sisterhood, resilience, and the profound understanding that, together, women can create positive ripples of change in their lives and beyond.

  • You are participating voluntarily.
  • You understand and accept the possibility of emotional release or difficult feelings.
  • You agree to take care of your own boundaries, and to step back or pause at any time if emotions feel overwhelming.

If you have significant trauma history, are currently experiencing emotional distress, or are under the care of a mental health professional, I encourage you to reach out and discuss your suitability before attending.

Thank you for your courage in showing up. Your emotional safety and well-being matter deeply.
