DRAW BREATH — MINDFUL ART FOR EVERYONE
Draw Breath is a two-hour mindful drawing workshop held in a small, relaxed group setting, and you don't need to be able to draw to be here. That's kind of the whole point.
Join me for my monthly mindful drawing session.
Whether you came last time and want to learn something new, or you've been sitting on the fence wondering if this is for you, I'd love to see you in that room.
I've been drawing to calm my nervous system for over 35 years. Not because I'm talented. Just because there's something about putting pen to paper - slowly, repetitively, without any agenda, that brings me back to myself. Draw Breath is my invitation to you to feel that too.
In this session I'll guide you through a brand new mindful drawing design, step by step. No experience needed. No pressure. No wrong answers.
Tickets are £20 per person and include all materials (and free artist pen to take away with you*).
This one's for you if you've ever said "I can't draw." It's especially for you if you've been running on empty and can't remember the last time you did something just for you.
