Suitable for people from all walks of life. Whether your interest is in horses in general, riding and training, personal/human development, leadership training or the healing power of horses.
Course Outline
An in depth discovery of self through horse led wisdom. By connecting with the four elements and understanding their role in the alchemical process, we access ancestral wisdom that has spanned the ages. This deep understanding allows us to know ourselves better, heal our wounds and restore our sacred connection with the universe and the forces of nature.

Equine alchemy
The four elements are not just substances, but represent states of consciousness and stages of transformation. The ultimate goal is to transmute the human soul to achieve a higher state of emotional balance and intuition with horses as our guides.
What do we explore?
- Identify false self from authentic self beliefs and behaviours
- Develop intuitive communication with horses as your guides
- Lead with your heart to build mutual respect in relationships
- Discover blocks and talents hidden in your shadow self
- Transition from simply surviving to actively thriving
- Embody Horse and Ancestral Healing with Shamanic Drumming, Sound Baths and Sacred Ceremony.
Carefully tailored horse exercises and interactions to:
- Live in the present moment by focusing attention on the immediate interaction with the horse.
- Enhance emotional intelligence by learning to read and manage your own emotions and energy, which horses are highly sensitive to.
- Develop effective communication skills, including mindful observation and body language, as horses respond primarily to non-verbal cues and energy rather than words.
- Cultivate peace and reduce stress through heart-rate synchronization, as the large electromagnetic fields generated by a horse's heart can have a calming, grounding effect on humans.
What’s included?
A tranquil setting with a maximum of four participants. Our time will be spent with our herd of horses in the paddocks as well as tailored activities in the Menage. Our base will be in the well equipped teaching room and around the outdoor fire pit.
Focus on accessing intuition, creativity, and deeper self-understanding through interactive, non-ridden horse experiences.
Lunches, refreshments, snacks and a goody bag included for each participant.
This course qualifies as an Eponaquest™️ Introductory Program.
- Non-Ridden: Involves interactions with horses from the ground.
Although we will do our best to aim as close to the finish time as possible, please be flexible. We generally allow 30 mins leeway in case we run over time.
I trust that you are in good physical and mental health. If you are on medication or have any concerns which may affect your ability with the horses, please let me know as soon as possible prior to the course.
Cancellation policy In case weather is torrential, we will postpone. Otherwise, we will go ahead as planned. This course is non refundable.
Location Based in Ringmer, we are 1.5 hours by train from London to Lewes station and we have a tranquil and uninterrupted space for you to unwind and simply be. The paddocks look out to panoramic views of the rolling hills of The South Downs. Enquire for local accommodation options.

A few things to bring: Water bottle. Sun cream. Weather appropriate clothing - closed toe hard boots – no sun glasses please.
Lunch Plant based lunches & refreshments. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let me know.
Certificate: You will receive an Eponaquest certificate which approves you to go on to and apply for the Eponaquest apprenticeship, should you wish to at any stage in the future.
