Yoga for Kids.

Session: 15:15 - 16:00

Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

£5 per child.

This activity will be in the garden or the classroom. Children should wear comfortable clothing. Adults welcome to join in with their children on the same mat.

Yoga Mats provided.

Children will take part in a variety of yoga games and challenges which will build strength, mindfulness and confidence.
