Price £195 - Pay a £50 deposit to secure your place after chatting with Sarah to make sure it is right for you.  The balance is payable a week in advance (payment option available)

These workshops are designed for a small, supportive group of like minded people, creating a space where you can build sustainable, healthy habits step by step. To make sure the programme is right for you, please register your interest here and I will contact you to organise a quick chat to make sure these workshops are right for you.
