The Kitchen Table
Understand what your body needs — and what to do differently.
9 weeks of nutritional therapy support over 6 practical workshops with Sarah Phipps, Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.
The Kitchen Table is about much more than being told what you should eat.
Together, we'll explore the why behind everyday nutrition, helping you understand what your body needs and giving you practical ways to put that knowledge into action.
You'll be part of an intimate, supportive group of like-minded people. Between workshops, you'll have time to make small, achievable changes, notice what works for you and build on your wins step by step.
Over the programme you'll be supported to:
• Understand what your body needs and why food and lifestyle choices matter
• Support more balanced energy and mood by learning how to build meals that work for you
• Support your digestion and gut health, including hydration, fibre, mindful eating and preparing the foundations for good gut health
• Make meal planning and preparation manageable, so healthy eating fits around your lifestyle rather than taking it over
• Set your own achievable goals and put what you learn into practice between workshops
• Understand the why behind the changes, giving you greater motivation to create habits that are realistic and sustainable
• Build confidence around food, with practical ideas you can use for yourself and your family
Why six workshops?
Because knowing what to do is only part of it.
The Kitchen Table gives you the opportunity to learn, make a change, try it in real life and come back for support.
We'll build the foundations gradually, looking at how food and lifestyle can support your energy, digestion and overall wellbeing. You'll set goals that are relevant to you and have the opportunity to share your wins and challenges as we progress.
No fads. No perfection. Just practical nutrition and achievable changes that work with real life.

Small group. Personal support. Real-life changes.
The Kitchen Table is intentionally kept small, giving you access to nutritional therapy guidance within an intimate group environment.
While the workshops have a clear structure, I may adapt the emphasis and practical guidance according to the needs of the group.
If you're interested but these dates don't work for you, please get in touch. I'd love to hear which days and times would suit you for a future Kitchen Table.
Small steps can make a big difference.
Love,
Sarah x
Please note: The Kitchen Table is a group educational programme and does not replace an individual naturopathic nutritional therapy consultation. Guidance is general rather than individually prescribed and focuses on practical food and lifestyle strategies that can be incorporated into everyday life. The programme content may be adapted according to the needs of the group.
