About the Event
The Intern for a Day Program is an educational outreach event where college students are invited to spend a day in the life of a NAVAIR employee. You will be paired with a current developmental employee to learn about the day-to-day activities of what could potentially be your future career. You will also have the opportunity to tour hangars and lab spaces to explore the many opportunities available throughout NAVAIR and hear informational briefs on how to apply for an internship program or a full-time position. Though this is not a hiring event, you are encouraged to make connections and learn as much about the organization as possible in order to aid in your job search.
