Description
"PLASTIC CHINA"
This film follows 11-year-old Yi-Jie, an unschooled girl from a YI minority family, working in a recycling workshop far from her mountain village home, yearning for an education. The film explores the challenges these families face as they hand-recycle waste, making tough choices to survive and revealing the enduring global issues we all share.
