FY27 NSWC Philadelphia Division Hybrid Industry Day

Event Overview

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) will host its FY27 Hybrid Industry Day on Thursday, November 5, 2026. This event provides an opportunity for industry partners to better understand upcoming NSWCPD requirements and assists in efforts to do business with the Navy.

All federal contractors (both small and large businesses) interested in NSWCPD contracting and subcontracting opportunities—representing any industry providing services or supplies related to NSWCPD requirements—are encouraged to attend.

Registration Information & Ticket Releases

Ticket Release Schedule (for in person only):

• Phase 1 Release: Currently open, 80 tickets available.
• Phase 2 Release: If tickets sell out or if you miss this initial release, a second and final release of 80 additional tickets will occur on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
• In-Person Registration Closes: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 @ 1600 ET (or when capacity is reached)
• Online/Virtual Registration Closes: Monday, November 2, 2026 @ 1600 ET

• Have you attended a prior NSWCPD Industry Day Event?

Attendance Guidelines & Policies

In-Person Attendance Requirements

• Capacity Limit: Due to venue space restrictions, only one (1) representative per contractor may attend in person.
• Security & Vetting: Every in-person attendee must have a completed, approved registration ahead of time; unvetted individual walk-ins will be turned away at security. Attendees must present a valid Government photo ID upon check-in (Real ID, Passport, TWIC, or CAC).
• Foreign Nationals: Foreign Nationals are not permitted to register for or attend the in-person portion of this event.
• Parking: Free parking is available on-site; a parking map will be distributed to confirmed in-person attendees prior to the event.

IMPORTANT: IN-PERSON NO-SHOW POLICY

In-person seating is strictly limited. If you register for an in-person ticket and can no longer attend, you must cancel your registration at least one (1) week prior to the event (by October 29, 2026 @ 0830 ET). Registered in-person attendees who fail to attend without providing at least one week's advance notice may be barred from registering for in-person attendance at next year's Industry Day event.

Virtual Attendance

• Access Limit: Each contractor will be issued a maximum of two (2) virtual tickets/registrations. However, multiple team members from your company may join using a single login session/device without restriction.
• Access Link: A Microsoft Teams access link will be emailed via Ticket Tailor distribution during the week preceding the event.

All briefing slides will be uploaded by Thursday, October 29^th, 2026 on the official NSWCPD command site and emailed via Ticket Tailor distribution:

Attendees are strongly encouraged to review the briefings in advance to foster productive dialogue during Q&A and breakout networking sessions.

• Advance Questions: Please submit any questions prior to the event to Nicole Canfield at Nicole.i.canfield.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions submitted in advance will be addressed during presentations where possible. Questions submitted during or after the event may not receive a live presentation response.

Regulatory & Administrative Notices

1. Non-RFP Notice: Neither the planning nor the execution of an Industry Day constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ). Participation in Industry Day or follow-on Requests for Information (RFIs) is neither mandatory nor a prerequisite for future contract opportunities.
2. Recording Restrictions: Recording devices and attempts to record or broadcast any portion of this event are strictly prohibited.
