A training session on understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals.  We as a whole group will consider what we learn within a mediation context.  The session will cover things such as the following and a questionnaire will be sent, by Becky, to each of us, so Becky can really hone the training for us

• Identity, masking, the role of stigma
• Autistic trauma and its impact on our sense of self, decision making and anxiety responses
• Alexithymia, interoception and differences in the way we experience, process and respond to emotions
• Differences in empathy and the way we connect with one another
• Communication and the Double Empathy Gap
• Hormonal and chemical differences
• How we allocate attention, process information and interact with the world around us
• The importance of understanding sensory trauma, sensory well-being and its influence on communication, overwhelm and relationships with others
• Neuro-affirming practice - safety, authenticity and autonomy

We'd really like everyone to either come to this session live, or to book time in diaries now, to watch the recording, which will only be available to us for 7 days after the training.

The training is going to cost Navigate £750 in total.  If all 28 of us paid equal amounts, that would be about £27 each.  Please buy a ticket even if you don’t come to the live session
