Leading AI Transformation

AI can no longer be labelled as a future trend - it is one of the biggest challenges facing leaders in 2026 and is one that we need to face together.

Our second Leading AI Transformation Day is an invitation for CEOs and senior leaders who know they need to move beyond talking about AI and start leading it in a clear, human, and intentional way.

Why this matters now

Recent research shows that while 82 per cent of leaders now believe a strong understanding of AI is mandatory for future C‑suite roles, only 41 per cent feel confident in their own ability to lead on AI in their organisation today.

That gap will only become more visible in 2026, as boards, employees and customers look for tangible progress, beyond  experimentation. At the same time, many leaders are experiencing “AI fatigue” and burnout, with the relentless pace of change making it harder to step back, think clearly, and decide what really matters for their organisation.

The Leading AI Transformation Day is an opportunity to reflect on your own experience and to learn from each other away from screens and slide decks. Together with a small group of cross sector leaders you will be able to explore what taking action on AI in 2026 really looks like for you, in your role, with your constraints and ambitions. Through a combination of facilitated discussions, side by side conversations, and time in nature you will have space to articulate your questions, test your ideas with peers and translate them into practical next steps.

Richmond Park’s open space gives us the distance and perspective that busy diaries rarely allow, and nature‑based reflection is shown to reduce stress and support clearer thinking. You will leave the day with a more grounded view of your AI priorities, a clearer sense of what to press pause on, and renewed energy to lead your teams through the next phase of change.

What makes it different

  • An intimate format, with limited places, so every leader has time to be heard and to contribute meaningfully to the conversation.
  • Peer‑to‑peer learning and connection with leaders from private, public and third sectors who are wrestling with similar questions about risk, opportunity, and pace in AI.
  • Expert facilitation that blends AI and digital strategy, leadership coaching, and outdoor facilitation, keeping the focus firmly on people first, technology second, and on the real decisions you need to make next.
  • Practical pathways to move from reflection to action, helping you define one or two concrete AI decisions or experiments you will take back into your organisation.
