Exploring the Changing Landscape of Ministry
National Estate Churches Network Annual London Conference. This year we are looking at the topic of the changing landscape of ministry. Whether it is the changes which Covid have brought about or the changing face of estates we see new builds emerging. We want to take a ''So What?'' approach to exploring what it means for our communities ourselves and our families.
Please see the timetable for the day
St James The Less (Pimlico) - Thursday 8th February

10.30am Welcome and worship.
10.40am Session One - NECN Booklet (Sara and Martyn). Inspiring stories which say the Gospel can work in every and any place!

12.15pm WORKSHOPS - these will be repeated in the afternoon so people can go to two if they wish.
- Mapping pre and post COVID context in church community and wider community
- Ministry in shifting and changing demographic landscapes, especially different people groups coming into an area.
- Ministry in areas that are being redeveloped (torn down, rehoused, moved in, moved out / gentrification?)
WORKSHOPS - Leaders will mainly facilitate conversations, and look for people to talk about their experiences which can be written down and saved for later.
