2027 NECNA Conference Vendor/Sponsor

Conference dates – Move-In/Move-Out:

Sunday, April 25, 2027: Vendor Set up day from 1300-1700 hours

Monday, April 26, 2027: 1^st day of conference, 0800-1700 hours

Tuesday, April 27, 2027: 2^nd day of conference, 0800-1700 hours

Wednesday, April 28, 2027: 3^rd day of conference, 0800-1200 hours *Vendors materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 1300 hours.

Vendor Booth Cost: $400 for the whole conference

Included with Booth:

• 8’ table
• As many chairs as needed
• Outlets along the hallway – vendors do need to bring their own extension cords if needed
• Access to hotel’s Wi-Fi
• Table cloth if requested
• Both Breakfast and Lunch at the conference
• Listing and description of your company on the NECNA conference website and schedule agenda

Not Included with the Booth:

• Audio-visual equipment
• Phone/internet access – however you will have access to the hotel’s Wifi
• Material handling, installation, and dismantling of booth
• Cleaning service for booth space
• Security of individual booth
