Hi, I’m Nelly Caldeira — a Brazilian Zouk Instructor and Personal Transformation Coach from Brazil, now based in the Bay Area, California.

For the past 7+ years, I’ve been helping social and professional dancers become more confident, gain clarity on their dance journey, create more meaningful connections, and live a more intentional and balanced life — on and off the dance floor.

Through my work as a dance instructor, NLP Master Coach, and one of the main coaches at the renowned MAC Project in Paris, I combine movement, mindset, mindfulness, and personal development to help dancers grow beyond technique and into deeper connection, self-expression, and purpose.
