Nelson's Journey

Since 1997, Nelson’s Journey has been supporting children and young people in Norfolk with their bereavement needs, helping them to understand and cope with their feelings. The charities vision is that every bereaved child in Norfolk will look forward to a positive future, empowered to reach their full potential. Our services help those we support to experience: reduced sense of isolation, improved communication with parent / carer, and increased self esteem and confidence.

The charity also supports professionals in the county who work with children, such as in schools and health services, to raise awareness of issues affecting bereaved children.
