This 12.5-hour certificate training program is designed to show pharmacists how to implement clinical care services that improve patient outcomes, enhance collaboration with other healthcare workers, and increase profits for the organizations. The modules discuss the pharmacists’ role and impact in this work, review the services, provide medical billing and coding information, and share insight into how to manage potential barriers that may arise. This certificate training program is a self-paced mixture of podcast, e-learning, webinars, and interactive cases.
