R.K.J Adams - Author Book Signing Trail

Meet the Author! Ness Book Fest is delighted to host local author R.K. Adams at Ablekids Press.

R.K.J. Adams has lived in Sutherland for almost fifteen years. In October 2021, a chance encounter with a Davina McCall podcast reignited her childhood desire to become an author. From joining the writing group Davina mentioned, her first book, Wasn't Me, Miss! was published in July 2022. Since then, her author career has flourished, and she has since published two anthologies of adult poetry, five children's picture books, as well as her first murder mystery, She Who Was. The Highland setting of the novel has proved popular with readers and a sequel, The Calling Card, is almost completed. For the past four years she has organised the Kyle of Sutherland Book Fair and is also a volunteer for the annual St Duthac Book and Arts Festival in Tain.
