Moving from Values to Practice
Many DEI and well-being advocates know the frustration of seeing equity remain just a buzzword—while real power dynamics go untouched.
You work hard to create healing and belonging, but the emotional labor is heavy and support is scarce.
Leaders say the right things, yet well-being and equity stay on the margins—leaving you isolated, exhausted, and wondering how to make change stick.
What You’ll Walk Away With
✔️ Practices, methods, resources and tools to use right away.
✔️ Insights from diverse practitioners who’ve been there—what works, what doesn’t.
✔️ New energy and confidence to embed equity and well-being in your work.
✔️ A sense of community and shared purpose for the long haul.
✔️ A chance to shape the future of this work—together.

Meet your Facilitators
We are the Equity & Wellbeing Stewards: a diverse collective of 16 practitioners, facilitators, {add all the names of the stewards} and leaders from Brazil, Mexico, Russia, and beyond, brought together by Fito.
- Ana Luísa Vezozzo is a regenerative designer, facilitator, and environmental educator with a background in Environmental Engineering and Holistic Sciences from Schumacher College. She creates transformative spaces that reconnect people with inner and outer nature, aligning purpose with systemic impact through participatory and integrative practices.

Lets Make The Festival Sustainable 🌿
The Networks Festival is a self-funded initiative by Fito Network and Greaterthan. We want the festival to be accessible to all, while also meeting the material needs of our organizing team and session hosts. This is why we have chosen a gift economy approach, whereby we invite you to donate to the sessions you attend within capacity.
How much shall I contribute? We ask you to "give the most you can without overstretching or resentment”. The right amount will be very different for everyone. There are three donation tiers to guide your decision:
- Sustainability: 30 € | If everyone contributes this amount, we meet the sustainability needs of our team.
- Supporter: 45 € and above | Support others to attend.
- Accessibility: 0 to 30 € | Contribute what you can.
Learn more about "Contribution within Capacity" and the organizing team's needs.
