Wendy Riley New Beginnings Hypnotherapy is a hypnotherapist, counsellor, EFT, and Energy healer.
Guided Meditation/ hypnosis by Wendy Riley: In this guided meditation and hypnosis session, you'll be gently led to reflect on how we juggle lots of stresses all of the time.. Learning many of these stressors belong to others. You will be guided on how to release those blockages of worries and stresses so that you can blossom into the life that you deserve.

Iain is a qualified personal trainer. Mental health exercise coach and a registered Yoga Teacher.
Iain has been coaching and supporting others in the fitness and wellness space for 13 years. During this time he has developed a true purpose and coaching style that focusses on using movement to support positive mental health and well being. Yoga has always played a key role in Iain's own wellness journey, inspiring him to complete his yoga teacher training so he can continue to help others in a holistic and accessible way.
Iain will guide you through some gentle poses, gentle movement, grounding and guided breath work.
This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications to meet you where you are.

Morag will be talking about how our bodies are affected by the way we think and speak to ourselves. When we’re often critical, negative, or judgemental, that doesn’t just stay in our minds—it can show up as tension or tightness in the body.
She will guide you through a gentle meditation where we bring our attention into the body. We’ll simply notice any areas that feel tense, tight, or uncomfortable. By becoming aware of these areas, we can start to give ourselves permission to relax and let go.
When we bring a kind, gentle awareness to our bodies, they naturally begin to soften. This can also help us notice and release negative or critical thoughts we didn’t even realise we were holding onto.
After the meditation, you can expect to feel more relaxed and have a greater sense of kindness towards yourself. You’ll also get a simple, practical understanding of how paying attention to your body can help you stay more present and deal with stress, fear, or tension in a calmer way.

Milena Skaloudova is a certified in Usui Reiki, Colour Therapy, Crystal and Sound Therapies.
Sound bath by Milena Skaloudova: At the end of the day, immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath which comprise specialist instruments like Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drum, voice and chimes which are played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing. Allowing sound frequencies to bring harmony to your body and mind. The benefits are inner peace, lower blood pressure and a soothing of the nervous system.

Soup and bread/ oatcakes will be provided for Lunch please bring something to share if you wish.

50% of ticket price will be refunded 3 days prior to the event. No refund after this time.
