Need help?
After three years of pandemic (and counting), many are wondering what it means to love and serve their neighbors in this "new normal." We who profess to be Christians know that Jesus came to bring shalom, and that we're called to invite others into it. Join us as we engage biblical teaching and deliberate how our congregations or ministries might seek the shalom of our neighborhoods and beyond. You will have a chance to brainstorm with your faith community, but also with those in similar yet distinct contexts. Take this valuable opportunity to imagine together ways to seek the well-being of your community.
Dr. Al Tizon, author of Whole & Reconciled: Gospel, Church & Mission in a Fractured World, will present the biblical vision of shalom, and set the table for conversation.
