Charity Summer Party

☀️ A Summer Party at Guys Cliffe Centre – Food, Friends & Fundraising 

Join us for a relaxed summer evening with great food, good company, and a beautiful historic setting. On Saturday 13th June, from 5pm to 10pm, we’ll be gathering at the atmospheric Guys Cliffe Centre, nestled on the banks of the River Avon near Warwick. 

This informal Summer Party is all about bringing friends together to enjoy a summer evening outdoors—sharing food, drinks, and a few light-hearted games while raising a little extra support for New Futures Nepal. 

Whether you’ve supported our events before or are simply looking for a fun evening with friends, we’d love you to join us. 

🌿 What to Expect 

🔹 Summer Barbecue Dinner: A generous barbecue buffet will be served from 6pm, featuring a variety of grilled favourites including burgers, tandoori-marinated chicken, chorizo sausages, salmon, vegetarian burgers, salads, roasted vegetables and seasonal sides. 

🔹 Relaxed Summer Atmosphere: Bring friends, grab a drink from the bar, and enjoy the beautiful riverside setting as the evening unfolds. 

🔹 Tombola & Games: A few light-hearted games and a tombola will add to the fun during the evening. 

🔹 Music: We may have some live music during the evening to add to the atmosphere.

🔹 Summer Party Ticket – £38 (at cost) – We’ve kept ticket prices at cost so as many friends as possible can join us. 

🔹 Event schedule: • 5pm – Arrival and welcome  • 6pm – Barbecue dinner served  • 10pm – Event finishes

✔ Ample free off-road parking available on-site 

✔ Bar available throughout the evening 

✔ Casual, relaxed atmosphere – come ready for a summer evening with friends 

💙 Supporting New Futures Nepal 

While tickets simply cover the cost of the event, there will be opportunities during the evening—such as the tombola—to support New Futures Nepal, helping fund education, care, and opportunities for disadvantaged children and adults in Nepal.
