Corn Dolly Workshop with The Two Crooked Ladies (12-2pm)

All the way from Dorset Kitty and Rebecca or The Two Crooked ladies will be hosting a beginners’ workshop in the ancient and endangered craft of corn dolly making. 

"We are Kitty and Rebecca, or Two Crooked Ladies. We are a queer disabled couple who love rural crafts, traditions and folklore. We began a corn dolly apprenticeship with the wonderful Corn Dollies by Sally in 2024 and with the help of her teaching we have now begun to share and teach this red listed craft, to help ensure that it is kept alive. We’re very passionate about folk traditions and learning from them we have begun to create original designs and wearable pieces in the hopes to bring this once popular craft to a wider audience."
