Theatre Senior Projects
Need help?
As the culminating project for seniors having completed up to four years of training in the theatre department at NMSA, the Senior Project showcases the collected knowledge they have gained during their time here at NMSA. Each senior has created an original piece that reflects the training they have received, and how they see themselves as an artist and a person in the world. This is a very personal performance and can be a monologue, short play, or other form of expression where the artist displays their willingness to take risks, and their personal and artistic growth. Come see: a comedy about some not-so-Secret Agents saving the world; a personal reflection of the past four years - with some Stoppard thrown into the mix; ruminations on future selves; some silks and a moon; a play set in a mine; a play set in the desert; a seniors' take on snl...and so much more!Join our senior class of 2025 as they share their incredible work over two evenings - Friday May 9th at 6:00 pm and Saturday May 10th at 6:00 pm in the Bluedio in Building C (550 Montezuma Avenue).See half the projects on Friday and the other half on Saturday! You won't want to miss a single one! Limited seating available on a waiting list. E-mail barbara.hatch@nmsa-ai.org to be placed on the waiting list once sold out.
