Newport Women's Forum Afternoon Tea 2026

You are invited to the Newport Women’s Forum Afternoon Tea 2026

We are delighted to invite you to a delicious afternoon tea in support of the Newport Women’s Forum.

Join us for an elegant afternoon enjoying great company while helping to raise funds for our bursary, which supports women across Newport in their personal development.

This year is extra special as the Forum celebrates its 30th anniversary, making it the perfect occasion to come together and recognise three decades of supporting women in our community.

Our afternoon tea will take place at the Holiday Inn, Coldra, Newport, NP18 2YG, on Saturday 16th May. Guests are invited to arrive for a welcome drink at 2:00pm, with seating from 2:30pm.

We’re especially excited about this year’s special guest - an appearance not to be missed!

Throughout the afternoon, tea and coffee will be served alongside a delicious menu including:

• A selection of savouries: sausage rolls, mini steak pies, and vegan quiche
• Freshly cut finger sandwiches: honey-roasted ham, egg & cress, and cheese, houmous & cucumber
• Traditional scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve
• Cakes, including chocolate brownies and lemon drizzle

Please keep this information handy if you have any dietary requirements to share.

Tickets are £35 per person, and numbers are limited - so early booking is advised.

All profits from the event will support the Newport Women’s Forum Bursary, which funds grants for Newport-based women aged 18 and over to help them pursue personal and professional development.
