The urgency to do, do more (or to be stymied about what to do) in response to today's stresses can be overwhelming. But true solutions emerge naturally in One who witnesses, from the state of being arising from Non-Doership. Becoming present to our breath, we consciously and non-judgmentally, patiently witness what is happening in our mind and body. Gradually, our mind and emotions calm. We begin to experience the deeper wells of our existence. Insight and inspiration flow as we witness; the state of the Non-Doing and pure Being flourish. This is Sakshibhav: Bathing in the light of awareness. Peace takes root, begins to abide, whatever our external circumstances.
