This event will be Karen Corona’s official Book Launch with the release of her book, “HeART Healing for Radiant Living: BE the Best Version of YOU One Week at a Time.” In this event she will be doing a brief reading from her introduction and conclusion, signing your copy of her book included in your ticket price, and offering an experiential expressive arts component using her signature H.E.A.R.T. Healing Method.

The art opportunity will be to create a grounding rock using paint pens and one to three affirmations that can be embellished on 3 x 5 cards with color. The other aspects will include a brief grounding heart-centering meditation, movement with music, and three journaling prompts along with a gratitude journal.

In Karen’s HeART Healing book, one will find Creative Arts Wellness tools to help discover joy, high vibrancy emotional states, and the freedom of Radiant Living. It includes 52-weeks of expressive arts prompts to cultivate inner healing and liberation. Her book is a compilation of her work as a therapist and creativity/wellness coach along with insights from her own healing journey using the expressive arts. She uses her signature H.E.A.R.T. Healing Method to guide one to heal emotional wounds with an unburdening process, release faulty beliefs about worth, reconnect to one’s creativity and apply expressive arts practices to daily life.
