Please join me for a Reiki infused, heart chakra focused sound bath to RELAX, RELEASE, RESET and CONNECT to yourself and the world around you.

The session will begin with singing the Gayatri Mantra which invites wisdom, enhances intuition and removes obstacles. Then, follow with The Water Blessing song and hum into relaxation as the bowls begin to sound. If you know the words, please sing along! Singing and humming is optional but encouraged as the voice is healing to the body by helping to further induce relaxation and calm for the nervous system. 

Please bring your own nest and dress for warmth and comfort. Feel free to also bring anything that may enhance this relaxation and connection experience like stuffies, crystals, cards, journals etc.

Sydän Aguacielos is a Reiki certified Sound Healing Facilitator who has chosen to focus on the heart chakra. The heart is the first organ to develop as we become human and the heart chakra is the loving and healing bridge between the upper and lower main chakras. It is her belief and understanding that once we deeply connect to ourselves and each other through working with and developing this space, the healing energy that is created will reverberate throughout our communities and ultimately create a better life experience for all inhabitants of earth. It starts with knowing and loving ourselves.
