What Susan learned first-hand is that there is great relief in realizing that you do know how to take care of yourself. Ayurveda is the ancient science that taught her how to do that. Ayurveda contains the universal divine code for mastering your potential.

Her wish in teaching Ayurveda is that today’s youth – the new generations – be filled with vitality, enthusiasm, and hope as they discover the long history of knowledge and support behind them! Her goal is to help people trust and enliven their own internal source of healing power. Ayurveda is an ancient sacred healing path that helps people connect to their internal source of power, to their own genes of God.

Susan Hiera Bass is the Founder and Lead instructor at the Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy. She holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University and is Ayurvedic Doctor Level Certified through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. Over the past twenty years, Susan has led over two thousand students through the process of awakening to their own healing power. In addition to teaching at her school, she is currently working for Kaiser Permanente on a research study using Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy to support breast cancer survivors in their recovery process.
