Please join R.G. Shore and Mollie Birney for an in-person workshop On Spiritual Activism. This workshop will help you learn to create a safe space within, so that you can do the necessary, social justice work in our country. Together, we will learn about the importance of connection, community, going inward to address the wound, and create a spiritual space within. This space allows us to be present during this turbulent time in our country and will help us learn to respond, instead of react. R.G. Shore will also be reading an excerpt from His book, and teach you how to implement some the meditative skills he learned in prison.

R.G. Shore Is the award-winning author of his spiritual memoir, The Ocean Inside Me. He is a spiritual counselor, a formally incarcerated, person of color, and founder of Northwest Wisdom, a nonprofit that helps people learn to seek the divine energy within themselves to help transform the light in others.

Mollie Birney is a clinical life coach, former therapist, who works with over-thinkers, high achievers, and folks who want some freedom from all the internal noise.
