Give yourself a place to unwind this Black Friday. After a day that can be loud and overwhelming, this melodic sound bath offers a gentle reset. The evening will include crystal singing bowls, soft percussion, flowing melodic patterns, and the tranquil resonance of a tranquility harp. These sounds work together to encourage the nervous system to loosen its grip and settle into calm.

This session also offers the option to include massage during the sound bath with Emily, a licensed massage therapist. If you would like to receive massage during the session, please select the massage ticket option when registering, as these spots are limited.

You are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable such as pillows or blankets. Yoga mats are available to borrow if needed.

Come settle, restore, and let your system soften again after a full day.
