In Person Event! Raise the Vibration of Your Inner Child

A Reiki and sound healing workshop for reflection, reconnection, and emotional grounding.

This two hour workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect with the younger parts of themselves through Reiki, guided meditation, reflection, and sound healing.

Cameron will begin with a brief inner child reflection, optional sharing, and a guided meditation supported by Reiki. This portion is meant to help participants slow down and bring care to the parts of themselves that may still be carrying old emotions, unmet needs, or protective patterns. Rather than forcing a breakthrough or going into heavy processing, the focus is on meeting the inner child with more compassion, presence, and understanding.

Participants are invited to bring a small item connected to childhood, comfort, or memory, such as a toy, book, photo, game, or keepsake, to use as part of the reflection process.

Yesenia will close the workshop with sound healing, offering a restorative sound bath to help participants settle, integrate, and feel grounded after the inner child and Reiki portion.

No prior experience with Reiki, meditation, sound healing, or inner child work is needed. Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. We have yoga mats and meditation cushions available for anyone who needs one.

Cameron is an intuitive life coach and Reiki Master specializing in inner child healing and self trust. Through coaching and Reiki, she helps clients understand the protective patterns that have shaped their lives and begin relating to themselves with more honesty, compassion, and trust.

With a focus on self love and energetic alignment, Yesenia offers a sound bath experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and deeper connection to the present moment. Through sound and intention, her offering creates a calming space for participants to feel spiritually centered, restored, and more connected to themselves.
