In Person Workshop! Stop the Pattern: Reconnecting with Your Inner Child Through Your Inner Voice

Many of the patterns we struggle with as adults did not begin as problems. They began as protection.

The perfectionist, the control freak, the overthinker, the fixer, and the people pleaser are not just habits or personality traits. They are often old survival patterns that formed when a younger part of us was trying to feel safe, loved, accepted, seen, or in control.

In this experiential one-day workshop, Intuitive Life Coach, Psychic Medium, Elias Patras and Inner Child Coach and Reiki Master, Cameron Heath will guide participants through a healing journey of awareness, reflection, inner child connection, intuition, Reiki, and sound healing. Together, we will explore how these patterns show up in our adult lives, how they may have affected the inner child, how they can quiet or confuse the inner voice, and how we can begin to move through them with compassion, clarity, and self-trust.

Attendees will be guided through reflective exercises, journaling, intuitive awareness practices, inner child connection, Reiki with Cameron Heath, and sound healing with Yesenia Rauch.

This workshop is not about blaming the past or fixing what is “wrong” with you. It is about understanding the parts of you that learned to protect you, listening more deeply to your inner voice, and creating a new relationship with yourself.

The sliding scale is offered to make this workshop more accessible. Attendees are invited to choose the amount that feels honest and supportive for them.

Please bring: a journal, a pen, and a rock that fits comfortably in your hand. This does not need to be a healing stone. It can be a river rock, a stone from your yard, or a simple rock you find on the street.

This workshop is for anyone who is ready to stop abandoning themselves through old patterns, reconnect with the younger parts that still need compassion, and begin trusting the inner voice that has been there all along.
