Join Temples of Sound for an interactive singing meditation designed to calm the nervous system, deepen presence, and reconnect you with your own voice

Using drone instruments (such as shruti box, harmonium, tambura, didgeridoo, string and wind instruments, singing bowls, etc.), drums, breath, and simple vocal tones, we will move through the 7 chakra (energy centers) together.

No singing experience is required. This is not about performance or sounding “good.” It is about feeling vibration in the body, releasing held energy, and allowing your authentic sound and self to emerge.

You are welcome to sing, hum, tone, listen, rest, or participate in whatever way feels right for you. Bring your own instrument if you would like to add to the collective sound. We have 3 shruti boxes and 2 shamanic drums to share.  Come as you are. Leave calm and connected.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the experience - blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc. We provide yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Sydän is a Reiki certified Sound Healing Facilitator who has chosen to focus on the heart chakra. The heart is the first organ to develop as we become human and the heart chakra is the loving and healing bridge between the upper and lower main chakras. It is her belief and understanding that once we deeply connect to ourselves and each other through working with and developing this space, the healing energy that is created will reverberate throughout our communities and ultimately create a better life experience for all inhabitants of earth. It starts with knowing and loving ourselves.
