Many of the beliefs, emotional patterns, fears, expectations, and family roles we carry may have roots extending beyond our own individual experiences.
In this guided meditation, participants explore inherited patterns within their ancestral tree and begin identifying what may have been carried through generations. The practice offers an opportunity to acknowledge these influences with compassion while consciously releasing what no longer supports personal growth and wellbeing.

No prior meditation or ceremonial experience is necessary—just a willingness to sit quietly and turn your attention inward. The session runs approximately 45–60 minutes and includes time for sharing and reflection afterward.

This is contemplative, reflective work rather than therapy. Because exploring family and ancestry can surface real emotion, you're encouraged to move at your own pace. You're always welcome to pause, rest, or step outside at any time.

The intention is to create greater emotional freedom, clarity, and a stronger connection to one's authentic self.
