Our ancestral inheritance is not only made up of challenges. Every lineage also carries strengths, talents, wisdom, resilience, creativity, and qualities developed and preserved across generations.
This guided meditation invites participants to explore the positive inheritance within their ancestral tree and reconnect with gifts or strengths that may have been overlooked or forgotten.

Participants are encouraged to recognize these qualities as living resources and explore how they might be expressed more fully in their lives today.

Oleksandr Dmytruk is a Portland-based shamanic practitioner, astral healer, Qigong teacher, and founder of ASCEND. His work explores the relationship between ancestral wisdom, energy practices, meditation, and personal transformation. Through guided experiential practices, he creates spaces for participants to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with inner and ancestral resources, and explore their own path of growth and transformation.
