Within every lineage are individuals who carried wisdom, guidance, courage, healing, and insight. Although their names and stories may sometimes be forgotten, their influence can remain within the family line.
Through guided meditation, participants journey more deeply into their ancestral tree to explore this stream of wisdom and connect with a guiding figure or presence within the lineage.

The practice is intended to deepen trust in inner guidance while cultivating a greater sense of ancestral connection, wisdom, and support.

Oleksandr Dmytruk is a Portland-based shamanic practitioner, astral healer, Qigong teacher, and founder of ASCEND. His work explores the relationship between ancestral wisdom, energy practices, meditation, and personal transformation. Through guided experiential practices, he creates spaces for participants to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with inner and ancestral resources, and explore their own path of growth and transformation.
