Families pass down much more than names, traditions, and physical characteristics.

Beliefs, fears, expectations, roles, and ways of responding to life can also move quietly from one generation to another. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns whose origins we do not fully understand.

Through deep guided meditation, participants explore recurring patterns within their family tree and begin recognizing the invisible loyalties and inherited expectations that may continue to influence their present lives.

The purpose is not to reject our families or our past, but to become conscious of what we have inherited — honoring what strengthens us while creating space to release what no longer needs to continue.

Oleksandr Dmytruk is a Portland-based shamanic practitioner, astral healer, Qigong teacher, and founder of ASCEND. His work explores the relationship between ancestral wisdom, energy practices, meditation, and personal transformation. Through guided experiential practices, he creates spaces for participants to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with inner and ancestral resources, and explore their own path of growth and transformation.
