After establishing a relationship with both the maternal and paternal branches of the ancestral tree, we are ready to journey deeper.

In this deep guided meditation, participants move beyond the more immediate generations and descend toward the deeper roots of their lineage — exploring the foundations beneath individual family stories and reconnecting with the larger ancestral stream from which they emerged.

The journey invites participants to explore their place within the family tree, the deeper sources of strength that have travelled through generations, and the experience of belonging to something much larger than one individual lifetime.

Oleksandr Dmytruk is a Portland-based shamanic practitioner, astral healer, Qigong teacher, and founder of ASCEND. His work explores the relationship between ancestral wisdom, energy practices, meditation, and personal transformation. Through guided experiential practices, he creates spaces for participants to deepen self-awareness, reconnect with inner and ancestral resources, and explore their own path of growth and transformation.
