This immersive soundbath invites you to slow down and listen beneath the surface — to the places in you that are sprouting, stretching, or simply asking for space to rest. Using resonant crystal bowls, grounding gong, and coast drum, we’ll move through a sonic journey that supports self-nourishment, curiosity, and calm.
No experience necessary — just bring a blanket/hoodie, or whatever helps you feel cozy. Come as you are, and let sound do the watering.
