We Don’t Live Here Anymore meditates on the terror and wonderment of the open door. Overheard conversations in airport lounges and exchanges with acquaintances are collaged with an interior monologue, recounting a transient life and the moments of vulnerability that emerge in passing. Suspended between desire and disclosure, the piece rests in a discontinuity of identity, where angels hover and falter, in an ongoing reckoning with impermanence.
