The Connections program is a monthly series designed to provide a space for spiritual rest and growth and increase connection with Allah. Community members are invited to bring their worries, stressors, and joys to this space and leave with a renewed sense of ease and connection with Allah through a combination of dhikr, reading from holy texts, reflection and sharing, and guided journaling.

This month we will explore Rahman or Mercy. We will take a deep dive into how Mercy shows up in our lives as well as how we might be turning away from Mercy. We will do a group dhikr with this Divine Name to open up our hearts to receive even more Mercy from Allah.

The program will be led by Nadia Hashimee, a Sufi Healing Practitioner and a student at the University of Sufism and Institute of Spiritual Healing. Nadia's expertise and guidance will provide a nurturing and enriching experience for all participants. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University.

A light dinner will be served. Ages 13 & up only. Registration is required.
