Eidul Fitr Prayer & Brunch

Please join NWMI for our annual Eidul Fitr prayer! Takbirat will begin at 9:45am, with salat starting promptly at 10am with an English Sermon. The sermon will be delivered by Br. Basil Eldadah. A description of how NWMI performs Eid Salat can be found here.

Following prayer, brunch will be served. We’ll also have special treats for children! *Bring your completed Ramadan challenge sheets to Eid prayer for a special prize!* 

Basil Eldadah is a former NWMI Board member and co-founder, and current Board member of the Islamic School of Potomac weekend school. He is also co-founder of Reflection Park, a multi-faith non-profit green burial ground currently under development in Silver Spring, Maryland. His day job is in aging biomedical research administration, but his favorite job is being a husband and father.
