NFCC Prevention Conference and Awards 2026;  Shaping the future of prevention – from strategy to delivery

26–27 November, De Vere Tortworth Court Hotel, South Gloucestershire.

The NFCC Prevention Conference 2026 brings together prevention leaders and practitioners from across the UK for two days of insight, collaboration and practical learning, exploring the future direction of fire and rescue prevention and how we can work together to deliver meaningful change in our communities. 

Aimed at prevention professionals, leaders, partners and practitioners, the conference will explore national prevention priorities, emerging risks, evidence and innovation, while sharing practical examples of what is working across the sector.

Payments

Bookings can be made via online transaction (e.g. credit/debit card) or via invoice. If you select the invoice option, an invoice will be created and sent to you after registration. If you require a PO to be set up, please enter the PO number due registration or TBC if you need to book first. Please note: payments are not to go to NFCC directly but to Blackberry Events. If you require them to be set up in your finance system, please email events@blackberry-events.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.

Paying by invoice is only available up until 5th November, this is to ensure that payment is received prior to the event. After this date, we will only accept card payments.

All bookings are subject to a 1.5% booking fee.

Why do we charge a booking fee? This 1.5% fee is an administrative fee for using the card payment system or paying via invoice and covers administrative costs associated with invoicing. Please ensure this is included in your purchase order totals, contact the event team to confirm the total cost charged, if required.

Getting here

Travelling by Train - The nearest train station is Yate, from there it is a 20 minute drive to the venue. Please click here for a google maps link for directions.

If you are traveling from Bristol Temple Meads train station is 18 miles from the venue and is approx. a 35 minute drive by car or taxi, alternatively you can go via Bristol Parkway, which is approx 12 miles away, or a 20-minute drive.

Travelling by Car - The venue is located just off junction 14 of the M5, it is 3 minute drive from the motorway. There is ample free parking on site at the venue and electric charging points are available.

Sandwiched between these two-days, NFCC Prevention Hub return with their national celebration of the fifth Celebrating Prevention Awards!

With 9 categories to submit nominations and celebrate the amazing work and initiatives all UK fire and rescue services do for our communities.
