✅ Tier 1: Part 1 (e‑learning) must be completed
⏱️ ~90 minutes

❗ You must complete Tier 1: Part 1 e-Learning package before attending Tier 1: Part 2 Online Webinar.
Who can attend?
✅ Health and social care staff in Cheshire and Merseyside & Northwest of England
Suitable for:
• Staff not providing direct patient care / support / communication
• Staff not making decisions about patient care
Line manager approval required
