At NHS Confederation, we are currently running an interface improvement collaborative to support teams to work together across boundaries to address common local problems.

This webinar will explore the importance and power of relationships, joint up working and collaboration in healthcare and also why it can be challenging.

It will explore some of the behaviours and approaches needed to work together and help you reflect on your individual, team, and organisational approaches
